Buying from Lizard of Oz

Online

You can buy items from Lizard of Oz with US dollars if you reside outside Australia, or with Australian dollars if you reside within Australia. Choose your currency as you browse the site by clicking the "Change to Australian dollars" or "Change to US dollars" links that appear on pages where you can add items to your cart. You can also change your currency in the View/Modify Cart area of the site.

Buying online is a two stage process.

1. Add the item you wish to buy to your shopping cart by clicking the button that will be close to the description of the item you wish to purchase. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping cart as your browse the site. You can also modify the number of items you wish to buy, or delete an item, by clicking the link View/Modify Cart that is always present at the top right hand side of the page. Postage and packing costs, if any, will automatically be added to your order based on the total weight of the order.
2. When you have added all the items you wish to buy click the Checkout button at the top right of the page and follow the instructions. If you are paying in US dollars the last part of the checkout process will transfer you to a Paypal site to enter your payment details via a secure area. If you are paying by Australian dollars you will be transferred to a secure area of the site to enter your credit card details and personal details. Either way, you can be assured that your details will only be seen by us. In accordance with our policies, your credit card details will be deleted from our server as soon as your order has been processed.
3. You will receive an email from us within a few minutes of placing your order to confirm that the order has been processed. We will send you another email after that to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Please remember to include your contact details (especially your email address) as we will need to advise shipping costs, if any, before processing your order. This is the only method you can use to order from Lizard of Oz if you wish to pay by cheque or money order. Please note that we can only accept cheques and money orders in Australian dollars.
